1. Acknowledge That You Have Sinned.
“If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us” (1 John 1:8). “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).
2. Believe in Jesus.
“Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house” (Acts 16:31).
“For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).
3. Confess and Renounce Your Sin.
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved” (Romans 10:9).
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9).
